Whether your reason for therapy is situational or growth related I will meet you where you are at and respond to your needs based on your preferences of directional or process oriented care. All individual sessions are provided online through a cyber-secure platform.

 

  • $160 50 minute session
    $220 90 minute session

  • Clinical counselling services provided by a registered social worker are often covered through extended health care providers. Make sure to check with your provider to find out the number of sessions covered. Receipts are issued upon completion of each session.

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions.

 
 
 
 

Throughout the year I facilitate a number of psycho-educational groups designed for personal development and community based transformation. Group work can feel intimidating at first due to its social nature but for many people it becomes a source of rich connection and deeper learning. To register for a group first book an individual session to discuss your specific goals and review the options available to you. All group sessions are hosted online through a cyber-secure platform.

 

  • $300 six 90-minute group sessions

  • Closed Groups: once a group begins no new members will be added.

    Missed Sessions: unattended or missed sessions cannot be refunded.

    Insurance: Please check with your extended health care provider to inquire about whether coverage for group therapy is included.
